This Project is for families friends and those affected by memory loss. We will provide support through hosting regular activities, day trips, the availability of a confidential listener and signposting to various other agencies. Come and join us for a coffee and chat meeting every wednesday 11am to 1pm (term time only)
The last Sunday of every month we run our community “Daily Bread program” where individuals and families can come and recieve non-perishable items and clothes on a first come, first served basis. The items are donated by members of YCF and partners in the community. Items can be collected between 1.30pm and 2.00pm at the local Church.
YCF run various training courses; namely in Computer training, Money management and Pastoral care. If you would like to know when our next course is available, please do not hesitate to contact the YCF office.
