YCF as it is affectionately known, started as a church in Tooting, south west London in January 1997 with a handful of young people who had a passion to build a ministry that would be a “sanctuary” for all different types of people regardless of their personal problems or ethnic background.

With the divine mandate to be relevant to our community and the nations of the world, God has given us an overall emphasis, which is to “Build Families and Raise Leaders”. Through a diversity of activities and projects, we have been able to achieve this on a local and international level. We believe that you cannot raise effective people without first investing in them, therefore, we are confident that you will find something here to aid your personal development. We are committed to being a sanctuary to those that God would bring to us and if we can positively impact your life through the love of God, we are confident that we would have served our purpose and prepared you, to serve yours!
