Emerging Eagles
“Developing Leaders for divine purpose”
Emerging Eagles is a nine month leadership development program designed to provide wisdom, encouragement and inspiration for emerging leaders. This is generally achieved through bespoke interactive teaching, Q & A sessions and practical ministry experience. One of the key objectives of the program is for individuals to take an intentional step forward in ministry. Course leaders will seek to provide a strong developmental relationship with the students who as emerging leaders, will benefit from the teaching and ministry of a more experienced leader and mentor.
Key outcomes for the program
All emerging eagles will have a greater understanding of their calling.
Some emerging eagles will be better equipped to take an intentional step into ministry.
Few emerging eagles will be able to enter into formal ministry; taking up a new ministry position within the local church or wider community.
Few will be involved in an overseas ministry trip.
