History

Yahweh Christian Fellowship (Y.C.F) began in January 1997 with a handful of young people with a passion to serve their community and be relevant to their generation. Under the leadership of Noel McLean, the first meeting took place in a small hall within Tooting Leisure centre, southwest London. Such beginnings laid the foundation for the church to be conscious of the need to be reliant on God to do the work that only   He can do in inspiring them to build families and raise leaders.  Recognising that families are a crucial component of life, the church developed a strong pastoral ministry and a range of family orientated ministries which inspire change and promote healthy relationships. In tandem with this, there has been various leadership development programs and opportunities which has successfully helped countless people to identify their vocation and participate in ministry. Today, YCF continues to have a holistic approach to ministry and remains prayerful in how best to inspire people in every service to have a Word and Worship experience. By God’s grace, YCF continues to serve its community, conduct overseas missions, has church planted internationally and has a network of affiliated churches in various countries. The leadership Team of YCF remains committed to building families and raising leaders and are standing on the promise that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all what they could ever ask or think, according to the power which works in them. To Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen (Eph 3:21).
